Traditional sourdough focaccia with a light, airy crumb, crisp golden crust and fragrant rosemary topping.
Made with organic white flour, organic olive oil, filtered water, sea salt and our natural sourdough starter. Slowly fermented to develop flavour and create a soft, flavourful focaccia with a rich olive oil finish.
Baked weekly in small batches in our home bakery in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire.
