Double Chocolate Sourdough Bread

Description

Rich double chocolate sourdough loaf made with premium Callebaut Belgian milk and dark chocolate, with a crisp crust, soft crumb and generous pockets of melted chocolate throughout.

Made with organic white flour, Callebaut Belgian milk chocolate (33.6% cocoa solids) and dark chocolate (54.5% cocoa solids), filtered water, sea salt and our natural sourdough starter. Slowly fermented to develop flavour, a subtle sourdough tang and a rich chocolate finish in every slice.

We choose Callebaut chocolate for its quality, depth of flavour and smooth melt, because better ingredients make better loaves.

Baked weekly in small batches at our home bakery in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire.
