Double Chocolate Sourdough Bread
Description
Rich double chocolate sourdough loaf with a crisp crust, soft crumb and generous chunks of Belgian chocolate throughout.
Made with organic white flour, Callebaut Belgian milk and dark chocolate, filtered water, sea salt and our natural sourdough starter. Slowly fermented to develop flavour, subtle sourdough tang and pockets of melted chocolate in every slice.
Baked weekly in small batches at our home bakery in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire.
