Description
A pack of four traditional sourdough bagels made with organic flour and organic maple syrup, with a golden crust, soft chewy centre and subtle sweetness.
Made with organic flour, filtered water, our natural sourdough starter, brown sugar, organic maple syrup and pink Himalayan salt. Slowly fermented to develop flavour, a gentle sourdough tang and the characteristic chewy texture of a traditional bagel.
We use organic maple syrup for its natural sweetness and depth of flavour, because better ingredients make better bagels.
Baked weekly in small batches at our home bakery in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire.
