Description
Moist sourdough banana loaf cake coated in cinnamon sugar and filled with ripe bananas. Soft, rich and gently spiced, with a wonderfully tender crumb and a comforting homemade flavour.
Made with ripe bananas, organic sourdough discard and simple ingredients. Slowly baked to develop flavour and finished with a cinnamon sugar coating for the perfect balance of sweetness and warmth.
Baked weekly in small batches at our home bakery in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire.
