Description

Moist sourdough lemon drizzle loaf cake topped with a sweet and tangy lemon icing. Soft, light and full of fresh citrus flavour, with a wonderfully tender crumb and a bright lemon finish.

Made with fresh lemon zest, lemon juice, sour cream, sourdough discard and simple ingredients. Slowly baked to develop flavour and finished with a classic lemon drizzle icing for the perfect balance of sweetness and zing.

Baked weekly in small batches at our home bakery in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire.
