Made with a blend of organic white and wholemeal flour, this naturally fermented sourdough has a crisp crust, rich flavour and beautifully open crumb.
Slowly fermented using filtered water, sea salt and our natural sourdough starter to develop flavour and improve digestibility.
Baked weekly in small batches at our home bakery in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire.
Collection and local delivery available at checkout.
